From my grandfather on her birthday.
This one on May 28, 1983.
Her 63rd Birthday.
Each birthday he gave her a music box.
When she passed
Each family member took one
In remembrance of her.
This was always my favorite.
It bonds the two of them in my memory.
A favorite gift from my Mother.
I love film Noir,
Mitchum , Ladd, Bogart, Lake, Stanwyck and Trevor.
The dark turns.
The lush language
The Dangerous women.
The sense of Inevitability.
