A note on the painting, and an answer to Dale Winslow.
Today Dale asked friends about Playlist in general.
In the case of this painting I listened, on repeat for an hour plus, The Last Refugee by Roger Waters. I also was thinking of the Ukraine. Instead of a war torn painting, a painting of devastation, .... I wanted to paint something that Symbolized isolation and loss. At least those are the emotions I wanted to embed in this painting.
